Mr. Waldemar Pérez is a trial attorney focusing on corporate law and litigation of commercial, estate, family law, and real estate matters. He has ample experience representing individuals and corporations before Puerto Rico State Court and U.S. Federal trial and appellate courts. He also has experience on proceedings before administrative agencies, as well as advising clients regarding foreclosure proceedings.
Before founding WP Law Offices, Mr. Waldemar Pérez was an attorney in Sánchez Pirillo, LLC., responsible of real estate matters, trust law, commercial, foreclosure and corporate litigation.
Our founding partner was a legal advisor in the House of Representatives of Puerto Rico, responsible of drafting legislation in accordance with the findings published by the Comptroller of Puerto Rico in order to prevent the misuse or mismanagement of Puerto Rico’s public funds.
